1. Services
Bobolyn Media ("we", "us", "our") provides professional photography services, private client galleries, and this website. By using our services or accessing our site, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A signed agreement and retainer fee confirm your booking date.
- Final payment is due no later than the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduling within 12 months.
3. Gallery & Delivery
- Editing turnaround is typically 2–6 weeks depending on session type.
- Galleries are delivered via private, password-protected web albums for up to 90 days.
- We retain backups for 90 days after delivery; please download your images promptly.
4. Copyright & Usage
- All images are copyrighted by Bobolyn Media.
- Clients receive personal printing and sharing rights; commercial usage requires a separate license.
- We reserve the right to showcase work on our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a signed non-disclosure agreement is in place.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations 30+ days prior: full credit toward a future session. Less than 30 days: retainer is forfeited. Weddings canceled within 90 days are subject to 50% of the remaining balance.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for missed coverage due to force majeure, venue restrictions, or client-caused delays. If we are unable to photograph due to illness or emergency, a qualified replacement of equal caliber will be provided.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse galleries, share private download links commercially, or reverse-engineer any part of this website.
